1. Pre-Trip Veterinary Checkup

Before traveling, schedule a visit to the veterinarian for a pre-trip checkup. Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations and obtain a health certificate if required for travel. The veterinarian can also provide advice on any specific health considerations for your pet during the trip.

2. Choose Pet-Friendly Accommodations

3. Familiarize Your Pet with Travel Equipment
